About me

Frankie Marrs grew up in between three mountains in Seth, West Virginia, which led to her curiosity and eventual move to New York City. She is a graduate of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (NYC) with an Associates Degree in Musical Theatre, along with her BFA in Musical Theatre from the Los Angeles Campus. She is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Communication Studies at Marshall University in Huntington, WV.

In addition to performing, she also enjoys obsessive online shopping for new matching workout sets and large T-shirts for her collection of Broadway Musical T-Shirts. Frankie also loves finding new sweaters to add to her stash for the her favorite time of year: fall.

Frankie dominates at bowling (which she began to love at a young age after following in her grandmother’s footsteps at the bowling alley league nights), photography, bullet journaling for her own organization purposes (because having a personalized planner is just more inviting!), and spending time with her lizard, Captain Hector Barbosa. Frankie is a LOVER of all animals (yes, even spiders and snakes, though they can be scary).

Frankie has dedicated her short time on Earth to story-telling and being truthful about her own hardships. Her outlook on the world changes, but always has one thing in mind: there is good in all evil, as well as evil in all good. A quote she recites daily by Robert Frost, “We love the things we love for what they are.” It reminds her that humans love, whether it be for the right or wrong reasons and result in a good or bad outcome. Frankie has used this life motto as a stepping-stone in her work and development as an artist, performer, producer, and upcoming playwright. She doesn’t wait for inspiration, she finds it.

Frankie is the host of the podcast Shuttle to Marrs, which highlights her life as an actress based in NYC and LA. While navigating through the struggles of becoming an adult and entertainer in the new normal. Available on Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Stitcher, and more! Frankie is currently represented by Baron Entertainment based in Los Angeles.
